Songwriter Terms of Service

You must agree to the following to apply for membership.

• You agree to provide customized songs in mp3 format with lryics via email, to customers in a timely manner based on our timeline (30, 14 & 7 days).
• Uploading any song, lyric or image allows LoveSongsforSale.com to use it for promotional purposes or advertising. We may also modify the length of a song to prevent the song being downloaded in full.  Any graphic uploaded to an artist page or album page may be modified or enhanced as we see fit.  We will notify you when/if that occurs.
• YOU retain full ownership of all of your songs, lyrics.  We recommend you copyright each song for protection.
• LoveSongsforSale.com is not responsible for any use of any song or lyrics beyond it's website.
• Any income generated from any website promotion is the property of LoveSongsforSale.com. 
• LoveSongsforSale reserves the right to remove any artist at any time for any reason.  Reasons you may be removed consists of violating LSFS policies, promoting hateful speech, profanity, inappropriate pics, etc.
• Failure to provide songs to customers in a timely manner, customer complaints will result in removal.
• All music/lyrics you upload must be yours.  Plagirism will get you banned from our site.
• Love Songs for Sale is not responsible for determining authorship for any graphic so all graphics for albums, artists & songs must be either yours or you must be given explicit rights by the owner to upload them.  Do not upload graphics if you are unsure if it's legal to use them.
• Any contact links to your email address, Facebook page, Twitter, YouTube or website in your profile will result in revoking of membership.
